Great information but there’s a catch...

As an avid book listener I appreciate any form of good information that I don’t have to research and strain to get, so kudos to the author for that. However, my only question to the author would be... Did you purposely go out and find a guy with the worst case of sleep apnea EVER to read this book? The reader made it kind of hard to hear and process the information in this book because the listener (and I can’t speak for others, only myself) is entirely focused on his nasally disposition. Other than that, great collection of information.

Performance was terrible!!

This book had the worst audio performance I've ever heard! The constant clearing of the throat, choppy sentences and incorrect pronunciation made it difficult to listen to and enjoy the information received.

A lot of foods were missing. I found it very limiting. But as I said, I WOULD recommend this book, for a beginner, it really is the nuts and bolts of what an alkaline diet is.
