Though every Christian has the Holy Spirit, not every Christian is filled with the Holy Spirit. He explains the difference and how it could change the evangelical church of today.

I loved this book, and all his other books. Very insightful, inspiring, and edifying. Highly reccomend any of A W Tozer’s books.

Tozer provides rich practical insight which one can tell comes from a sincere experience walking and leaning upon the holy spirit. I was truly edified by this work and belive any other christian will be too.

This was my favorite book of A.W. Tozer! He clearly spelled out how to read the Word to hear from Him, rather than hurrying through just to read the Word.

Some Parts Feel Judgmental

Overall powerfully beautiful message about surrendering to the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. I just disagree when he says things like the Holy Spirit isn’t going to make us feel good. I thought scripture says He comforts AND convicts. And regarding churches that play “entertaining music”… I get the point. Don’t let the “show” replace the point of being at church: the glory of God. I feel like there is more than one type of way/type of music, etc—to do so.
