His skilled hands and a shot of whiskey heat her blood to molten lava, and her carefully tended world explodes into desperate hunger to make love with the man rubbing her weary feet.

As caught up in lust as Alice, Jed takes a chance. A big one. Will mating with her before disclosing everything turn out to be a huge mistake?

Holy Hotness X 3

This was a very steamy read set in California in the 1930s. The storyline had a unique feel to it that makes it stand out from the many other shifter stories out there. It leaves you wanting more which is why it is good there is 2 more books in this series. I have read both of them and they are just as hot. Gregory Salinas has the sexiest voice and plays the male roles to perfection.

I liked the concept of this story, and I was intrigued with the history and research the author obviously did to fit to the time period - little details like her headlamp; I had no idea - that was just neat.

The overall feel was Laurann Dohner-esque --- and that's not a bad thing. It's just not my thing lately.

I've learned that if one book isn't exactly your cup of tea, give a different kind a try - and this author has several works available in a variety of genres - even dragons, which I love ♥

Sexy narrator voice keeps you HOT!

Where does Alice's Alphas rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is the 2nd one I've listened to so far, but this was the best one. The narrator's voice is deep when it needs to be, which makes you feel that you are Alice when the men are "speaking."
