This audio book is a wonderful and important guide to living life to the fullest. No matter what your needs are or what you have to let go of in this lifetime, this audio book guides you step by step to becoming present and mindful in everyday life.

not bad but not great.

not a bad book to listen to . gives a decent exsplanation at the first book bur the second is boring. It went into detail on stuff I wasn't familiar with. It's like I was being dropped in the middle of a conversation about a subject I knew nothing about.

this book is just a bunch of algorithms in pseudo code. while that would be okay in a book you can see, it's not good in audio format.
