Publisher's Summary

For detective Johan DeGraaf, the morning of April 29th, 1904 began with a foreboding gale wind, a kidnapping, and a homicide - all before arriving at the station house. The search for the abductee, a young H.P. Lovecraft, leads DeGraaf on the trail of a mysterious Prince Khan, a bizarre crystal, and a clandestine underworld of intrigue and debauchery centered around an ancient alien evil older than humanity itself.

Old school mystery with believable sci fi kick

I enjoy a good mystery novel, but this one includes mistic and science fiction. The reader really brings the action scenes to life. I enjoy it and look forward to more from the author Ashanti Luke and the narrator JaKe Ruddle.

Short and punchy. Excellent mythos fiction

A very quick and enjoyable detective romp. Great lovecraftian tension. The action scenes are fast and intense. does contain for graphic sexual scenes, all part of the plot.
