lots of 'what' and almost no 'how'

if you're looking for information about scrum or agile, skip this book. there are much better out there. I feel like this was a first draft of a book that was written on the back of a napkin in the wee hours of the morning of some smarmy bar. I honestly don't feel like this was worth the 4 hours. not only is this grammatically horrible, but it's also very informally incomplete. it's like a modern speaking spell reading the back of a Scrum manual. It has merit only in the fact that it's like sitting through a 4 hour time share presentation that is selling you an overpriced Agile Condo. A fair amount of What the theory of Agile and Scrum are, but next to no instructions on HOW to implement it.
