A Necessary Read

Sharona’s story is honest, raw, real and necessary! Whether you have had a similar experience in your life or not, this book is a great read and will help you gain insight and understanding on how to pray for those who can most relate to her story.

Her approach is one of grace but with intentionality of helping others face the truth of the root of their challenges while leading them towards a clear path for healing and freedom. Listening to her narrate her own story is like listening to a big sister who is ready to tell you the truth and challenge you while still finding time to both cry and laugh with you a bit. This all makes it an easy listen.

The lessons that Sharona has learned and is now sharing is going to have a life changing effect on many!

The transparency in this book is so needed

Whew!! This book is well written, direct, and transparent. Sharona holds nothing book, and you feel as though you're talking to a close friend rather than listening to a book. The power and conviction in her words and being able to share her story without shame is what is needed to help heal the brokenness in so many people. It was eye-opening and I found myself bookmarking several spots so that I can go back and dive deeper. I'm glad I gave this a listen. Now I need to do the work.

I recommend this book whether you can relate to this story or not. This story is real but it’s also about healing. Even though it’s a personal story, you can relate and find out how to heal as well. This book definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
