Thoughtful relaxation for experienced yogis

What made the experience of listening to Advanced Yoga Relaxations the most enjoyable?

I enjoyed the quiet gentle intelligence of Rolf Sovik.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Advanced Yoga Relaxations?

This is a deeply practical and spiritual practice, I have found difficult to find amongst the pt type yogas on offer.
