Awesome Interview with Admiral William H Mc Raven great life lessons. Recounting his experience in the NSWC was great way to make it understood that everyone has been through some sort of negative situation in the past, it’s just if you give up or not and learn from your own mistakes and NOT GIVE UP

The Great Admiral W. McRaven Explains
Admiral McRaven, who’s reputation precedes him, gives insight into his difficulties writing the Legendary Commencement Address of 2014! With the urging of his wife, the Admiral reaches back to the lessons he learned from his indoctrination into Navy SEAL training in Coronado, CA. BUDS, as it is called, has the highest attrition rate of any Special Force training in the US Armed Forces. The basic lessons he learned from his past has shaped his outlook and compassion for all humans irrespective of military experience, gender or just plain whatever. Being a good representative of humanity by being your best, has proven, once again, you can change the world if you put your mind to the task! Anything is possible, you just need to try. Ho Rah!
