Great advice but the narrator not much good

There are lot of great suggestions regarding how to hold general interest in others, be empathetic and be mindful. The narrator, however, is rushed and he did not leave enough pause at the end of each sentence before starting a new one. This hurt some experience.

Chock full of platinum brain nuggets!

I took a lot away from this book. Nathaniel (narrator) did an excellent job of delivering the contents in a way that made them easy to digest.

I didn’t realize how horribly I’ve been listening in my own life and I’m grateful to this book for the wisdom and skills I have gained after reading it.
