Being a werewolf isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

After returning to the mainland from the horrible vacation that turned her life upside down, Samantha Lesia craves normalcy. Figuring out how to fit back into her old life with her new ability is more a challenge than she bargained for.

Townsfolk turn up dead, and Sam is forced to face the fact that her supernatural trials aren’t over yet. With the murders threatening to expose Sam’s new secret, she seeks out the help of a young witch to hunt down the creature responsible. But monsters aren’t always ugly beasts. Sometimes, they’re your friends.

Acid Rain book was a fast paced book. Well written but I really hated when a main character did something really ignorant. I received this audio book upon my request and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Acid Rain is a brilliantly written paranormal romance and an excellent second installment. In all paranormal books, world-building is a significant factor, Kayla Krantz has done an exceptional job with it. Furthermore, I'm wholly impressed by her writing, it was well-paced, precise, and beautifully descriptive. The plot is engaging, loaded with suspense, drama, and supernatural creatures. Sam and Lance are captivating characters and great together; their connection is one of passion and mutual desire. Jessica Robbins is an outstanding narrator; I thoroughly enjoyed her performance.

Blood Moon is a fantastic Trilogy. I recommend it to those who enjoyed listing to paranormal romance with werewolves, witches, and vampires. I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.
