Publisher's summary
Losing weight is one of the most formidable battles a person can face. It's no secret that many of us have struggled for years attempting to lose weight. Maybe, we make a little progress in the beginning, but ultimately, we end up failing. I understand your struggle. I, too, have faced these unrelenting wars with my weight. However, one day something changed and I was able to finally emerge victorious.
At my highest weight, I was 434 lbs and doomed for a life of misery and health complications. Today, I have safely and naturally lost over 200 lbs and continue to keep the weight off. I have composed this book for those who are struggling with obesity and feel like no hope is in sight. Please understand that no matter what your physical condition may be, or how much you weigh, you can achieve physical freedom.
This book shares not only my early childhood struggles with overeating, but also how I maneuvered life as and overweight child and obese adult. I once thought I was destined to be obese forever until I realized that I can break my generational cycle of obesity and regain control of my life, health, and happiness. I know that by listening to this book, you will be tremendously benefited. You will know that you have the keys to free yourself; you simply need the motivation and inspiration to do so.
About the author: Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, obese and depressed, Jay struggled as a youth to fit into society and everyday life. He was often times picked on and made fun of for his short and round stature. Jay reached his breaking point in November of 2016 and decided to make a commitment to himself to figure out how to, once and for all, lose weight, build muscle, and live a healthier lifestyle.
From that day forward, Jay began to educate himself on the sound principles of nutrition and exercise science. He soon became a NASM certified personal trainer and started a YouTube Channel (SPK Lifestyle) devoted to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
