Another great book from Jodi Taylor

This volume picks up shortly after the last book. You thought most of the loose ends were accounted for didn't you? Surprisingly several surprises are in store for Team Weird and their cohorts in the Time Police and at St. Mary's. I honestly didn't see most of these revelations coming, much less how they would play out.


I can't wait for the next book and many more after that. I highly recommend this book and the entire series. Great fun.

Another Great Time Travel Book by Jodi Taylor!

love all of the Time Police Books, but this might be my favorite as new secrets are revealed about all three members of Team Weird. When damaging information is made known, Team Weird fractures, and two members are estranged, leaving one in the middle. A new member of the Time Police will make you smile, and as always Max makes an appearance. These books are not standalones, but you will not regret reading the first three. They are delightful.

Jodi Taylor once again gives us a time travel story filled with adventure and romance, but balanced with heartbreak, loss, and reality. The characters from The Time Police books are becoming as beloved as those from the Chronicles of St. Mary's, Jodi's first series, and favorite characters from St. Mary's do make an appearance. There is a definite parent-child theme in this book as Max and Matthew, Luke and his father, and others share amazing moments together. The revealing of secrets doesn't seem to stop, much to the delight of Taylor's readers.

The narrator, Zara Ramm, as always, does a masterful job with all the characters. She portrays both humorous and tragic moments with skill, leaving us laughing and crying throughout the book. She is my favorite narrator across the board.

Fans of Science Fiction and Historical fiction will love this new installment in the Time Police series.

Great, as always

Another great listen from my favorite combination Jodi Taylor and Zara Ramm. As always I spent quite a bit of time smiling and some actually laughing hard enough to be in tears.

Jodi Taylor is amazing

It’s hard to imagine how Jodi Taylor can continue to create such entertaining and imaginative characters and plot twists. Make sure you listen to the epilogue !

Another great book by Jodi Taylor! I love the Time Police series even more than the Chronicles of St Mary’s. And the ending—absolutely hysterical!

Jodi Taylor does it again- WONDERFUL

It never ceases to amaze me how Jody can come up with so many surprising plots, twists and turns and a lot of belly laughs too. It’s not all humor- some serious content but the very clever humor breaks the tension. And so many very interesting characters too.
Jodi Taylor is the only author whose every book she writes I love.
I can’t recommend her books enough. Each book leaves you always wanting more!

Great addition to series

You’ll be relived to know that at no point does a deranged badger enter into this story. But there are plenty of humorous scenes and mind-blowing plot twists! Strap in for the ride 🤣

1st chapter casting of characters is necessary, but sentient poo? Epic epilogue dont missit!

She gets better with every book.

I so enjoy every character in Jodi Taylor's books. The only problem is it gets harder and harder to wait for the next book. The narration by Zara Ramm couldn't be more perfect. The stories are always so very interesting and entertaining. I wish I could thank them both personally.

I love the book and the narrator. I've listened to every book about St. Mary's (in English and French) and this series about the time police. Creative, engaging, original writing and an excellent narrator. Looking forward to the next one!
