Great introduction to data analytics

Great explanation of analytics without all that math to numb your mind. This was a great for anyone who wants to better understand the power of the algorithm in your daily life. The book gave me a great starting point for this subject.

while the book was worth listening to, I have not learned much new things. I was waiting for the core when it suddenly ended.

Balanced and informative

Most balanced approach to AI I've read. A great look at the benefits and drawbacks of AI without being starry-eyed or panic-stricken. Explains the concepts in a non-technical but accurate way.

Enjoyed the first few chapters

I enjoyed the first few chapters as it helped me understand some of the more intricate details about advanced technology. The audio is ready by different narrators, which is odd. I enjoyed Nick Polson's narration, but after Nick stopped reading, I lost interest. The content got very technical and too deep for me at this point in my learning about advanced technologies. I'll keep this book in my library and come back to it if I ever need to dive deeper into understanding. If you are just learning and understanding advanced technology, I'd suggest listening to the first few chapters only. If you are a developer, analyst or in another field where you need to know the full ins and outs of advanced technologies and how the interrelate, then this book is for you.

Nice stories Grace Hopper, Florence Nighting

Almost nothing in this book talked about AI. It was stats 101 + data analysis applications. It should have been called Data IQ, or DIQ.

a beginners book to AI

it's alright for a very basic, somewhat outdated, surface level understanding of AI but that's about it. I expected a lot more thought behind how AI can be responsibly leveraged - instead I got a history lesson about Florence nightingale
