AI and Lawsuits – A Brief Status Report

We now have numerous lawsuits that have been filed again both AI providers, and more concerning to the general population, lawsuits that are filed against those that are using AI in decision making. Four general categories of concerns are outlined: Privacy, Copyright Infringement, Responsible party in the use of AI generated decisions and expressions, and Personal and Corporate defamation.
