Yes, over and over always helps me ground and be thankful for each day.

I wake up each day and I meditate for 20 minutes and I proceed with one or a few of this book's prayers. The first time I read it I followed page by page but now I just open it in any page or if I am driving I open it on audible in random chapters ~ always hits the spot. Always exactly what I need at the moment.
