Great story. But I found it so off-putting (and disgusting) when I could hear the narrator swallowing between sentences.

Breathtaking!
What an incredible book! The plot was amazing, and the author's expressive writing made me feel like I was in Portofino myself, enjoying homemade pasta dishes. I absolutely love it.
