This is the second book in the I.Q. Trilogy. It occurs 150 years after Book One - Beyond the Great Wall.
It is 2410, and the world cities have reunited. Democracy has returned to Sydney, but thanks to the genius of his serum, so, too, has the tyrant. Democracy gives way to dictatorship as, step by step, he reclaims his throne, and ruthlessly brings about a return to the I.Q. system. Only one small band of people stands in his way.
