A hilarious look back at a seminal show
I’ve been looking forward to this book since discovering the “Again With This” podcast in 2016. I’ve listened to the entire podcast all the way through several times, and I laugh out loud during every episode.
Tara and Sarah capture the exact right tone that 90210 requires: love to hate it, hate to love it. The book is hilarious, and I bought the audiobook even though I own the print version. Hearing the authors read their work takes my enjoyment to another level.
This book is required for everyone of a certain age who remembers how much they were obsessed with 90210 when it first aired. It’s also for everyone who only caught the reruns; enjoying the show takes on a whole new dimension when you understand the cultural context. Tara and Sarah were there (so was I), and they put into words so many of the things I thought and experienced while watching this show over and over again.
Do yourself a favor and pick up the print version also. The illustrations and layout are absolutely delightful.
