India is home to 94 percent of the world’s Hindus, and only two percent of its population call themselves Christian. Levon Canary Kom, born to a nominally Baptist, rural family, has been set aflame by God to share his truth and word wherever he might go. His passion has impelled him to press forward despite his lack of formal education and material resources. He describes himself professionally as a woodcutter, water carrier, wage laborer, and teacher of needy children, although as a self-taught English speaker, he also teaches English conversation and has taught in India’s schools.
Kom is upfront about mistakes and regrets and unsparing in his bible-based commentary about the social, political, and religious systems he observes.
