Interesting listen, I'm intrigued

I enjoyed this listen, felt a higher awareness for my mental processes, which I appreciate. Would love to see the long term effects of being more aware and alert about my thought process and memory techniques.

Helps with Focus

I've noticed it helping with focus, mental clarity mainly. I'm more aware of my thought patterns.
