Inexcusably poor quality

The story is exactly what the synopsis suggests and the recording quality is decidedly amateur however neither of these things bother me. What I find inexcusable is that even with it being only a 34 minute audiobook it's clear that nobody bothered doing a final quality check of the recording. Chapters 3 and 5 have been replaced with chapter 11 and chapter 6 is completely missing, meaning a full quarter of the story is missing from the recording and chapter 11 shows up 3 times.
