Katie has successfully reached the third floor of the dungeon in which she accidentally stranded herself, but with enemies both ahead and behind her, she’s having to fight hard for every step she takes.

As with most Royal Road ports, this book series was not written with the though of distinct books in mind, so the story really just continues as it did before. More of what you liked from the first book, although I will admit the bdsm elements ramp up a bit.

See my review for the first book for more details, but I do recommend this sequel.

I love the humor, I love the mechanics, I love that I have a friend who matches fairly well with the protagonist, I love the bits of kinkiness... it's all so good!! I'm so eager for more!
also Jessica Almasy is an incredible narrator, I really love both her voice and her speaking cadence and she does a fantastic performance!!

Easily one of my favorites series
