I must say that although I initially felt cheated at the very end of the story, I also appreciate the foreshadowing and how the author gave the reader the insight that quenched our thirsts. I like that it was laid out differently than most novels. Thank you!

where's the ending???
story was very dragged out, kept waiting for something to actually happen. something that would add to the point of the plot, but it never really did. just kept beating around the bush. Would have made a better 2 part Life Time movie, especially with the ending.

I don't know the point
Narration was great but the story was not.
It just ends and is so unrealistic. I'm glad it was free otherwise I'd be returning for sure.

disappointed in the ending
I think it needed more information about lisa, Maria's mother and the pursuit of her daughter rather than so much of Violet's childhood that was almost pointless.
