When Cassidy is selected for the trial phase of the program, she is ecstatic. This is the break she's been waiting for. Her job is to root out any vampires with bloodlust. She's quaking in her boots because she could end up dead. This position certainly isn't for sissies. Thing is, it's only three days of her life. All she needs to do is to allow a few of them to drink from her and survive long enough to get paid. Then she's home free. Besides, she quit her job in order to be here so she so doesn't have any other options available to her. Three days...pity one big, badass vampire is determined to get in the way of her plans.

If you follow me and love love love books that I have love you will love it. I would have liked a little more back story on Cassidy and York but this is my kind of book. I love when a male must have the female. I love the hot dirty sex and dirty talk. I like it dirty and hot😒😝😝😝 Really Good Listen. Enjoy

Shaking My Head

There just wasn't much to the story except a bunch of sex scenes strung together by a very flat story. It could have been more than it was and I was disappointed. The narrators were wonderful, but they just didn't have much to work with. Amanda Ronconi is narrating under the name Amber Black, which is the best thing I can say about it. With the male character telling the woman she has great mammary glands, that pretty much ruined the story for me.

I bought this book based off of a review and I have to say that it was a great listen. I love the sound of Lance Greenfield voice. It was a total surprise and just the way that York spoke was insanely sexy. I was having hot flashes while listening to this book. I am really looking forward to the other books in the series

Great Paranormal Romance

Earlier this year, I read The whole series and really enjoyed it. After I finished, I messaged Charlene if she was considering putting her books to audio, so I was happy to see this book when it popped up in Audible.

Hardnandy create an interesting world between alpha vampires and Human. As with many paranormal romance books, the vampires or shape shifters are very alive. Unfortunately, due to the the body chemistry of their female vampires, the vampire kings must look towards human females to mate with their warrior male vampires in order to preserve their race. York is their top warrior who falls in love with a forbidden human female, but is willing to risk everything to be with her. Even though their relationship starts off purely sexual, it does not take long before sex and love collide. The romance or sex science are pretty steamy but still fairly vanilla in this book as compared to some of Hardnandy''s other books.

The best thing about this audio book was the narrators. I was so please with both the male and female narrator because they did such an excellent job alternating their voices and making the dialog sound real. Both did a fantastic job on all levels. if you like paranormal romance, then this is worth the purchase.
