A wonderful story teller

I hadn't read an Erma Bombeck book in years! Although I was younger by a number of years, I had so many similar memories of the 70's and 80's; such a contrast to our lives today. What a delightful story!

One of the best books written ever

If you love to laugh about all the hills and valleys of marriage and family life I highly recommend this book period Erma Bombeck just has a way of making everything, everything funny. Even the saddest of times can be looked at humorously through her eyes and voice. Best book ever.

Great Observational Humor

I adore Erma Bombeck’s observational humor. This book covers marriage from the wedding to having children. Yes, some happenings are dated but they all still ring true.

you will love this. I watched her everyday for years. I read her column. Her book, Love Erma ia fantastic. The narrator has done a beautiful job sounding like the real. May Erma rest in peace and continue to keep us laughing. Her wit is unmistakably marvelous.
