A Little Princess was first published as a book in 1905. It is an expanded version of the short story "Sara Crewe: Or, What Happened at Miss Minchin's", which was serialized in St. Nicholas Magazine starting in December 1887.

It is an amazing book! I thought the book was one of the prairie books that a lot of people read. I will now remember it!

At first I didn’t want to read the book at all but know it’s my favorite book! I will read it again and again over and over. Although I like the main (adult) version of the book JUST because it’s longer.
