Publisher's summary

A Little Child Shall Lead Her is about a widower who was left with a traumatized daughter who cannot see, hear, or speak. After watching her mother die from a random gunshot wound, the little girl withdrew into a world of her own, leaving her father unable to cope or understand how he can save her. He decides to advertise for a mail order bride - not one to marry but a teacher to help his daughter get better. A life-changing and emotional event concludes the story.

Heartwarming :-)

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Even though traumatic for Grace, the scene with the frog was particularly funny :-)

Any additional comments?

To go through everything this man and his daughter went through, as well as the events of Grace's childhood, yet coming out of the long dark tunnel of trials to the other side where happiness resides, is encouraging. This story is a fine example of persevering through trials and putting your faith in God who will always be there for you.
