A Light in the Darkness: The Order

It's been a few short months since Chase Abernathy and his eclectic band of wizard, vampire, and mortal friends foiled an infernal plot to tear down reality from the inside out. Now, things seem to have settled back down. But the peace doesn't last long, as new, very earthly foes enter the field: a cult, The Order, has targeted Chase and his friends, and the Council has no idea who they are or why they've chosen to go head-to-hear with one of the world's most powerful mortals. Is it the Council's old enemy, the Black Thorn, or some newer, or far older, enemy? By the time the true enemies are unveiled, it seems like it may be too late for Chase and his friends to gain the upper hand, and in the end, if they prevail, it will only be at a terrible cost.
