Best way to stop procrastination!

I stopped in the middle of the book and made an appointment for the dreaded colonoscopy. So important to learn why we procrastinate and what we can do to develop healthy habits. Great book!

Amazing book!

I liked this audiobook because it stated things I already knew in a manner that was fresh and more appealing. The easy-going tone of the author, as well as the chunked content, also made it a good heard.

Great info

I found several things I can use. Some of the info is basic but there are also some good ideas to get past the Procrastinator in me.

Good Motivational Audiobook

I just finished listening to the audio book version of A Handbook to 5-Minute Procrastination Cure & Build a Successful Mindset and found it a very pleasant listening experience. The narrator has a friendly, motivating voice that was easy to listen to as I cleaned up my room. I was surprised that I could both pay attention to the information being offered while finishing my manual tasks (something that doesn't always happen when I listen to audio books). I was also surprised when I learned that I'd listened to over seven chapters without realizing I'd gotten so far into the book (which probably makes the audio book version a better choice than the print one for procrastinators).

Information-wise, I thought the book largely reiterated some well known strategies particularly in dealing with procrastination (like breaking down tasks into manageable segments), although I did like the suggestion for finding a friend to keep yourself motivated and on task. Other strategies (like maintaining a clean work environment and rewarding yourself for accomplishing tasks) were also familiar but good to hear again from a motivating voice.

Overall a nice audio book to listen to if and when you feel you aren't as motivated or as efficient as you'd like to be and need someone to offer you some strategies to get out of your rut.

First audio book on procrastination!

The audio book is short enough for a chronic procrastinator to actually finish. Looking forward to applying what I learned (and have already started the smaller changes).
