Loud disturbing warnings have to be fixed!

The intention behind this is good, but after you go through one of the meditations and finally get your heart rate down, it startles you with a loud warning message that starts the next meditation about not driving while listening! It's really terrible. There is no reason they could not let this be a normal volume, calm warning or somehow stop between chapters. It ruins the functionality. Other than that, it is a good attempt to help your heart, but this really needs fixing.
