Insightful. Honest. Brave.

All those featured shared openly how anxiety and other mental health topics have appeared in their personal stories. The therapist featured, Vickijo Campanaro, brought insightful expertise based in compassion and a deep understanding of wholeness...Mind, body, spirit.
I found the connection of anxiety to other mental health issues such as eating disorders to be especially fascinating and based in truth. It is podcast like this one, with brave people such as these, having open and honest conversations that will touch hearts, change lives and help to destigmatize the need for support.
I will definitely be listening to other episodes.

Informative, knowledgeable and compassionate talk

All presenters, having experienced their own major life traumas, knew the right discussion topics to address in this interview with Vicki. Her overview of anxiety and its treatment from the perspective of therapist was delivered in a friendly and compassionate manner stressing the importance of a relationship with each client. The focus on mind- body-spirit as the bedrock for mental health comes through loud and clear. Thank you all for sharing so much of yourselves!

timely piece

who hasn’t experienced anxiety and also watched it take hold of loved ones and alter their lives ?
the body- mind-spirit connection was the most interesting part of this podcast for me instead of trying to deal with anxiety in isolation. also the information about the brain and that it can be “rewired “ is fascinating.
during this covid-19 time, there have been so very many changes and anxiety has been front and center in some form for each of us.
thanks for a hopeful interesting conversation
