At 12 years old, Bo is unexpectedly promoted from child to man during this special hunting week-end in the woods of East Texas. What a treasure of young innocence and nostalgia! Doyle Carver’s writing lends vivid color to each character and the East Texas piney woods. The narrator was great too. This is one of those fun enough to listen to again Audible Books. Highly recommend.
