Publisher's summary

Between the ebb of fantasy and the crush of reality lies the greatest treasure of all time.

A mother’s curse....

For the captain of an ancient ship, time is another destination on an endless journey. Bound to the sea, André Marin drifts through four endless centuries in search of the virtuous woman whose unconditional love will defeat his mother's curse and return his crew to the mortal world.

A father’s legacy....

In a race against the ticking clock, skilled oceanographer TINA BELLE MCFEY explores the frigid waves of the North Atlantic Ocean in search of Scottish artifacts. Her father’s death left her pummeled by a storm of debts, struggling to keep the family salvage business afloat. Using the snappy wit of a modern woman, Belle must avoid the ghostly captain’s seductive lure long enough to prove she is more than a lucky scavenger.

When Andre enters Belle's dreams, they set sail on a passionate sea of undeniable attraction and insurmountable odds. Will their love be his salvation? Or her ruin?

Amazing!

This book has a great spin on Peter Pan. I love the narrators. They are both amazing! I love reading this author, she's fantastic!

great performance

I loved this story as told by Vanessa Moyen and Robert Hatchet. Entertaining. Andre and Belle are given voice as they seek love and treasure on the North Atlantic.

Great story!

S.Z. Cypress is a new to me author. I grabbed a copy of this book because a new favorite narrator plays one of the roles. I really enjoyed this story! I mean, a French pirate? Heck yes! Belle is searching for an artifact after her father's death, just trying to keep the business running. Andre is a French pirate who has been cursed for many years. Lots of references to Peter Pan/Pirates of the carribean type feel with Andre's ship and their curse.
Both Vanessa Moyen and Robert Hatchet were very good in this book. Again, who doesn't love a French speaking pirate?
My only issue was there was inconsistency with Andre's accent. The female narrator, who did such an amazing job through the entire book, gave Andre no French accent. It says Andre is a French pirate so many times. That issue aside, this was a fun book and I would definitely check out more in this series.
