This belief is overturned when Gideon is found dead in a pool of blood. But then the politician receives a death threat.

Who was the real target? Who would want to kill both a man with an obsession for history and a tough-on-crime politician? When asked to assist in the investigation, Kate races to discover the truth as it becomes clear the killer isn’t going to come quietly.

A Collection of Lies is well written with engaging characters and an entertaining plot. I look forward to the next book.

Love the series

When I get the next book in the "A Kate Hamilton Mystery" series , it is a happy day. I love the series--the interaction between characters. The interplay between character leads to a natural outcome of the mystery being solved. You can't be disappointed with any of the book from bk 1.
