Publisher's Summary

All the money in the world means nothing without someone with whom to share it.

Billionaire actor Brent McKasson wanted something different in life. Tired of being typecast in the same action roles, he decides to take some time off to think. However, his car breaks down in the small town of Soda Spurs, Texas. Forced to rely on people he doesn't know, Brent rediscovers the charm of a small town and a feisty female mechanic, but will it be enough for him to stay, or will the fame call him back?

Sam Jenkins moved to Soda Spurs after a hard breakup. All she wanted to do was open up an auto shop and return to her small-town roots. Then, Brent McKasson lands in her lap. Literally. She's the only mechanic in town, and with the only hotel in town booked for the Cowboy festival, she is forced to open her spare room to him for the weekend. What she hadn't expected was to open her heart to him as well.

But can a spark between two opposites create a lasting love? Or will his fame and her independence keep them apart?

Sweet & Enjoyable!

This was such a sweet story and I enjoyed every minute of it! Brent was such a sweetheart and nothing like you would expect a rich actor to be like. Sam had a lot of trust issues because of past experiences so she was hesitant to give in to her feelings for Brent. Of course there were some twists that interfered with their relationship and made things more difficult however that made the story more believable. Life just isn’t always smooth after all. The narrator did a fabulous job and made the story that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys a clean romance.

Lovely story

Sweet romantic story of two couples falling in love. Love how after Brent knew what he wanted he let nothing stand in his way of getting it. Sam was a much harder nut to crack. Her past relationships made her very cautious. It was sometimes frustrating the way she dealt with Brent. But, as with a small town, with the help of some meddling friends it all worked out in the end. This story was about dealing with loss, finding yourself, and your faith in God. If this sounds like something you'll like then get this book. The narrator did a good job bringing the characters to life. He was able to capture the whole small town feel that this story portrayed.

Enjoyable

This book ended up being more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. I, at first, had a hard time listening to the reader because of the clipped way that he read. Getting farther into the book, it was easier to ignore the way it was read and enjoy the story. This book is very well done.

An entertaining story

This audiobook was a sweet, clean contemporary romance about two individuals who meet by chance or maybe God’s hand was the guide. Neither realizing that meeting would change their lives forever.
Brent KcKasson, a very successful billionaire actor, is starting to question his profession and his life. Sam Jenkins is a young woman , owner of the only garage in the small town of Soda Spurs. She’s a relative newcomer and one who came to town after a very bad breakup.
When Brent’s fancy car breaks down, it’s Sam that comes to the rescue and when there is no room at the local inn, she once again ends up helping him by offering a room in her place.
The attraction is there but can these two individuals with different backgrounds find a common ground? Will Sam believe all she sees and hears about Brent?
The plot was engaging and the characters likable as was the narrator of this audiobook.
A story worth your time.

Excellent

Always look forward to the author’s work either in writing or as a narrator
They will be clean heartwarming stories of how God has a plan and how it unfolds to bring couples together.
With Brent. his car breaks down in a small town and who was the mechanic but Sam, owner of the shop and needing money. A lot of people with a Porsche only want a certified person to work on their cars. Will he let her, and a story of love coming with opposites attraction .

A good clean Romance

I enjoyed the book. I would recommend it to anybody to listen to or read. I love the storyline and how Opposites Attract and that she mingled in the relationship that they had have with God. It was realistic as to the obstacles that they needed to get around to help make the relationship work
