A Boss Needs a Boss Lady is the tale of twin sisters Taylor and Alexa. After leaving the comfort of their home in Miami and returning to New York City, the girls set out on a path designed by their father, Sebastian, a.k.a. Bash. Bash will stop at nothing until his daughters are sitting in their rightful spots: financially secure and at the top of his organization!

Yohance is a hustler with a "got-to-get-it" type of mentality. He’s all about the money and is willing to go to whatever lengths to make sure that he maintains his rightful position in the underworld. The streets are all he knows, but with his wife, Jayda, in his ear about leaving the game, he starts to pull away from her and into the arms of a devious mistress named Taylor.

As paths cross and enemies arrive, the crews find themselves battling against all types of obstacles including violence, death, and--of course--the long arm of the law. What will happen when one person’s goals and aspirations go against everything the other stands for? Who will come out on top of the game, and who will be destroyed?
