Not worth the effort
Would you try another book written by Joseph Correa (Certified Sports Nutritionist) or narrated by Andrea Erickson?
I am sure the information in this book is of great value however, go and buy the book instead.
There is no way you will make any proper use of it just by listening to it. It can come across as quite irritating trying to decipher and glean anything useful at the speed the information is presented. Don't waste your money "or your credits"
