After graduating from high school, Charlie’s dad tells Charlie he could continue to live at home, but he will be charged room and board. At eighteen, Charlie is now financially responsible for himself. He was able to find a job and move out.

Within a year, circumstances force Charlie to move back home. Day after day, Charlie rides the bus to work. After work, he rides the bus home. One day as Charlie is riding the bus to work, he notices another regular rider, tapping his head.
