Tapping statements are the words we speak as we tap. Tapping statements can be combined to make tapping scripts. Take the doubt out of whether your statements will heal your issue.

Anxiety is a combination of four things: unidentified anger, hurt, fear, self-pity. We expect error, rejection, and humiliation. Worry is a mild form of anxiety.

Two anxiety-driven behaviors are overcompensating and avoidance. With overcompensating, we are trying to reduce the anxiety, whereas with avoidance, we are trying to escape or avoid the situation that is causing the anxiety. The most common form of avoidance is procrastination.

Alleviating the symptoms of anxiety does not heal the anxiety. To begin healing our anxiety, we need to identify the hurt, anger, fear, and/or self-pity. They are the cause of our anxiety. To heal our anxiety, we need to address the cause of our anxiety. EFT Tapping can help with eliminating the cause to our anxiety.

Tessa is a gifted and compassionate teacher and coach. I can't think of anyone who would not benefit from time spent with her or with her writings. EFT works. You can learn from one of the best, and these short but precise books are a great way to move ahead with EFT.
