I recommend this 7 day cleanse to anyone seeking a deeper experience in the feeling their own vibration. We listen to it most nights to fall asleep.

Very well written and well read

I had a very good experience with these meditations. I plan to listen to it again. Maybe many times. It took having a not so good experience with a not so well done audio book of a similar nature to make me realize how important it is to review these works. I felt compelled to write a critical review of an audio book that I didn't like. Then I realized that these guys really need to know from others, when they do such a good job as this one was.
