Helpful guidebook !!

I hope it helpful for all. I get this book from Amazon. I purchase that for my family. She was really happy from this Sugar detox diet cookbook. It is a really unique content cookbook for all. It has included 110 over recipes for every beginners. If you follow up this guideline so you can reduce weight from this book guideline. I want to prefer this book for all. Thankful !!

Plus it's worth it just for the recipes. I'm a lazy cook, but the vast majority of recipes and book are easy to follow and actually good and we have one gluten-free family member and everything is simple and clear, easy to understand, and easy to follow. If I could offer only one piece of advice to someone doing this detox, it would be this: Be prepared. Cook meals ahead if you need to, stock up on the snacks that the detox allows, take all the food when you go to work so that you have options and the best way I found to beat temptation was to have something healthy nearby to eat instead.

Yes this thin book has easy instructions about how to kick start your weight loss program, detox easily and have you feeling energised in just a few days. But it's also full is full of useful wisdom; what to look for when buying vitamins and supplements, how to increase your metabolism and lots of practical health tips and guidelines.
The recipe ideas are easy to follow, and flexible, so you can make your food palatable and tasty. Recommended for that post-holiday bloat!

A great book that promises to detox the body in 3 days as well as lose 10 pounds. This book reveals the importance of why we should detox regularly and how to avoid putting toxins in our bodies in the first place. I was excited to try it. The author gives clear instructions including a shopping list to help you prepare for it, and the recipes are easy to make and delicious. This book was very informative about several things, and when I had a question, the author emailed me back with advice. This book also has parts of the author's other books, so you are getting a lot for the price. Looking forward to trying the cleanse when I have a few days off; looks yummy!!

Weekend Weight Loss seems impossible, but it's not! This book is full of easy to read and understand tips to lose wight quickly! It works around the time that you have. Great book

My husband and I did this together and even thought we both lost weight, it was more about how it changed our eating habits. I used to eat chocolate or ice cream everyday. In the 2 and 1/2 weeks since the cleanse, I have had 3 dark chocolate squares and 1 cup of low fat ice cream. I have been watching what I eat and incorporating the smoothies into my everyday meals. My husband had bloodwork done right after and all his numbers were lowered drastically. We both have completely changed our eating for the better.
