On June 10th, 2021, Kellie's life completely changed when she lost her husband, Alex. At the time, she was just a handful of weeks postpartum from the birth of their second child.

In this episode, Kellie shares what initially got her consistent in her journey after her first pregnancy and birth, how and why Alex became her biggest supporter in her fitness, what helped her get back into consistent workouts less than 2 weeks after the accident, what grief has been like for her over the past 10+ months, how she navigates the day to day solo parenting, the fact that being consistent is simply a choice, how to embrace the imperfection in our journey, and SO much more.
