Descriptive and helpful

These exercises are described in a very helpful way for anybody like me who is blind. I can follow the steps and perform these exercises without being able to see what somebody else is doing. It’s very helpful. The step-by-step instructions are very explicit and descriptive.

GREAT MUSIC

I love the music in the program. It's not generic pop like others. The instructor is great too. She's very motivational and gives great tips throughout the workout.

A good balance of practical advice and theory

The author presents the workouts in an easy to follow manner and the narration is done professionally. I have started using the workouts as a slot into my morning routine and must say that I am already feeling better for it. I don’t have time to go to the gym or swimming pool with my work and kids so these quick workouts which can be done at home are perfect for a busy parent.

Quick Home Workouts

I’m a stay at home mom and I’ve been super busy with my kids and keeping the house in order so I barely have time to workout. I love using audible, so I was in search of a simple workout routine and I’m glad I found this one! Super easy, engaging, and great music! Currently doing the beginner module but I feel I will soon be moving up to intermediate.

Easy to follow

Love beginners module

Losing weight every week

Everything you need!

Super happy with this program. I'm learning a lot about form and different exercises. The closest gym to my house is about 7 miles so using this helps save a lot of gas for me.

Full-Body Workout

Some of these exercises are for the full body. I'm not complaining though because I think it's a great addition to the ab workouts. After all, to see abs you need to lose the fat over it.

After work workout
