Great overview of good habit building!



I liked that this guide contained several habit methods, like Getting Things Done or 43 folders, into a single system. I believe anything could be incorporated into daily or weekly habits with this guide.

Good audio book, maybe the best on raising self-esteem. You definitely need to do the exercises and it helps to go through them with a therapist as well.
