AWESOME AUDIOBOOK

I really loved this book. I would definitely recommend this audio - It was super easy on the ear and very simple to comprehend. I now have a much clearer understanding of the old testament.

The book gave me alot of clarity. I was not aware about alot of things which took place in the old testament. They saved the best until last with a quiz at the end to test your knowledge and to refresh your memory. I will definatly be recommending this audio book to my book club as it acts as a great learning tool.

Outstanding

Explains the story of the bible in detail with a simple format and the narrator’s voice is very calming. There are easy digestible bitesize gifts of wisdom make the interaction very pleasant. I’m left with a better comprehension of the bible it actually made me start back church again after years of not going, for that I will forever be grateful.

Quiet shocked

I surprisingly learnt a lot from this audiobook, I wasn’t very versed in the Old Testament. I think there is great value in understanding the past to understand the path of the future as it pertains to the future of my faith.

I have been curious about the Bible for many years and have picked it up a few times and read some chapters but have found it very complicated to comprehend.
I decided to purchase this book on a whim. I must say it is very good. I like the narrators voice. I also like the fact that he tells the story of each book in a simplified way making the books sound like parables that are very entertaining.
At the end gives you lesson that you can apply to your own life. It is almost like tips on guidance on how to apply the lessons of the Old Testament to your life. It is a very easy listen. If you are a person who wants a swift and easy way to comprehend the Bible with tips on how to become better in your understanding of the Christian faith I am sure you will enjoy listening to this.

As a born again Christian, with a love of history and story telling, the didactic approach with historical time stamps wrapped up nicely with key takeaways at the end of each chapter, were refreshing.
