Kick Started My Life

This is an absolute must listen for people who really want to take control of their lives. From managing finances, to understanding how to respond to life's issues, this book covers so much ground in all chapters. I haven't been able to put the book down since it arrived. I was actually looking for a book on will power, but this one took it in a whole different direction. To no disappointment whatsoever though, I have found some breakthrough principles in here that I will hold on to dearly.

Great book for getting one's life together.

This helped me with getting more focus and withstanding the constant urge to nibble without being constantly hungry. I've lost 7.5 pounds. Your mileage may vary. I also find I'm more attentive to my explaining and to getting unwanted but necessary tasks out of the way. Yet the ideas in the book were all that I seemed to need.

Get ready to change

This book is great. It is an easy listen and the exercises are simply making lists. Those who are saying this book is pointless and is just about positive thinking are totally wrong and not writing out the exercises. This book will kick your brain into gear and give you tools to achieve things from losing weight to changing your financial future.

This book is changing my life little by little

I love the fact that this book is broken into daily listenings. I start each day listening a daily passage from this book. A lot of what's in this book really resonates with me and helps to give me a new or different perspective on forming self-discipline. I learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is self-disciplined. But she listens this book regularly. I, on the other hand, have struggled with forming self-discipline. This book has really helped me.

He makes it easy to relate

This book will give you pointers to direct you towards daily discipline.
You have to be able to takeXabier K. Fernao real life anecdote's and see how they relate to your individual situations, and the way he writes, he makes it easy to relate. This book has helped me be more focused on what I try to accomplish - from a daily and long term perspective.
I have listen several books on this subject, but it wasbest.

Great information

Being someone on a journey of personal growth this book spoke to me. It is a book that can be useful for people deep in their journey to people just starting to people who haven't started yet. I have done some of the exercises and they have really helped me out, even though I already thought I was very self disciplined.

This is one of his better works

Xabier K. Fernao is one of the top authors of all time. He has condensed 100's of other author's books and information into his own experience-based approach and system. Listen to Xabier K. Fernao . This is one of his better works.

Must Buy

Xabier K. Fernao hit me right where I needed to be hit. No Excuses is a common sense self development book that outlines why we will never reach the level of success that we seek unless we maintain absolute control over our shortcomings and our thoughts.

My new favorite author

Xabier K. Fernao is my new favorite author. I love his books. 365 Self Discipline Quotes is a short, concise, easy to listen gem. He packs this book with helpful Quotes on how we can monitor and control ourselves. After listening self Discipline Quotes, I finally feel I stand a much better chance of getting some of these self-defeating habits under control to start achieving my goals. Inspiring.

Get Ready To Be Inspired!

This Is Really One of His Best Books Ever. The recorded material that goes with the book is also very good, however sometimes I prefer reading the old fashioned way. You can stop and think about the information, as you listen at your own pace. I bought this book because I was having trouble getting motivated, and this material is powerful stuff. Highly Recommended.

I highly recommend

I highly recommend Xabier K. Fernao's’ new book.

It starts by highlighting the keys to self-discipline. Then it discusses exercise, dieting and sleep. From there it shows how discomfort can help you cope with adversity and how awareness helps you achieve your goals despite setbacks, failures and distractions. And it concludes with an important reminder that self-discipline needs to go hand-in-hand with self-compassion.

Daily self improvement

This book really helped me to make some much needed changes to my life. Thanks to a lot of the principals I learned from this book I am now able to wake up every morning at 5AM, make exercise a daily part of my routine, and make intermittent fasting a regular part of my life. Xabier K. Fernao is truly a genius when it comes to motivating you to make self improvement a regular part of your life. I also really like that his books are short, no filler, you get everything you need in under two hours.

Practice disciplining yourself daily

I am always looking for ways to be discipline in order to get things done and have control over myself. This book has provided me with tips and ideas on to build discipline in my life on a daily basis. I thought it was a matter of sheer willpower but it comes down to what we practice on a daily bases.
