Boring and like listening to a commercial - you can read more on this topic 'by purchasing my book on blah, blah, blah.'

So basic and way too much self promotion. Not much more than a commercial. Very little depth on topic.

Short but sweet

Straight forward but not all relevant to both genders so some tips are more important than others. Still a very good and short book.

Interesting enough

A simple overview of the physiology of a happy brain. Easy to listen too, simple to understand and overall, worth the time :-)
