Short but sweet

Straight forward but not all relevant to both genders so some tips are more important than others. Still a very good and short book.

Too much advertisement of other books. Annoying.

Too much advertisement of other books written by the same author. Totally annoying and unnecessary. Not much new in terms of content.

Interesting enough

A simple overview of the physiology of a happy brain. Easy to listen too, simple to understand and overall, worth the time :-)
