Great book and great audiobook

Highly recommended!
I liked it so much that I got the audiobook to listen to while driving to work, and the physical book to have it when I feel like reading a book while taking notes.
The audiobook is very useful for daily motivation, great start of the day and a boost of energy, also it is very well narrated.
I also got the exercise book ;) it's not necessary but I loved having it, it feel like being back to school working on a big project, the most important of all: yourself.

Extremely Easy to Comprehend

There are a few books in my audible library that I keep returning to for another listen.....over and over again. This will be one of them. I kept grabbing the phone and hitting 《 30 to write ideas down. This book is light ages beyond common sense, it's like a cup of coffee for the soul. Best outtake - instead of believing we need to change the world, we need to change ourselves. I'm ready to be a better person and listening to this over and over will be just what I need to accomplish it.

Very motivating

This is a great book for anyone needing motivation or wants self improvement. I’m going listen again and take notes for my own daily & life goals. The narrator was very easy to listen to.
