paleo diet.

My doctor located me on the paleo diet, and so far I am losing a pound a day, gratitude to the interesting, innovative recipes placed in this audible. These recipes keep the diet interesting so that I remain excited about the diet. Highly suggest this, which also provides a guide of foods that are allowed and foods to evade.

BY FAR the best audible

Easy recipes with normal ingredients. Lots of great info in the front too since I'm new to paleo. There are many recipes titled as Spicy. We don't like spicy food so I change or leave out the spicy ingredients and the dishes set out to our desire.

This is my favorite paleo audible😋

I seem to find me joining a tad of salt to some but overall, this is packed with many tasty simple to make recipes. I have made over 32 recipes in the short time I've had it and the bulk is very good.

Amazing audible

For my problem before beginning Paleo was sugar, these salt less recipes are not an obstacle for me; I like the flavors of the recipes. My kids and husband seldom add Spike. You will not be disappointed with this investment.

The principles are very much Atkins throwing in terms for original everything, with most protein being fish and game animals and a small amount of grass-fed beef as well as free-range poultry.

Informative

It explains the basics of Paleo eating and the recipes are fairly easy. Some dishes will take longer than others to prepare, but there are just almost simple ones to start out with.

Everything so far has been wonderful

This is a delightful little AUDIBLE if you are trying Paleo. I practiced about a total of 12-15 recipes in it and, even though we are not eating surely Paleo anymore, there are a few I but use.

Really-Helpful..

If the concept of going grain-free seems difficult to you, help until you've tried the Paleo version of Eggs Benedict. I followed it to my non-Paleo boyfriend and turned him into a believer! There are recipes for each season and taste, as well as quick-prep or make-ahead meals if you don't have a lot of time. It starts planning before a breeze!

With great the Paleo Diet plan

It's a challenge at first, but it grows more relaxed once you find things that you can eat. Making a lot of the caveman path mix and snacking on it when I was invited to cheat supported me. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be happy with how healthy and happy your body is.

For Paleo lovers

What I acknowledged the most concerning the Paleo diet, and where I usually find other diet books lacking, is that it explained the value of the quality of the meat and fish you consume. Where many other diet books just say "Protein, Protein, Protein," this audible recognizes that quality matters, and that you can't create a healthy diet without avoiding prepared, hormone-filled meat and fish. Outside of simply explaining the diet plan, Paleo for Boots lays out the grounds of a healthy diet and definitely worth, yet if you don't plan to become a Paleo turn.

A Diet that Acknowledges

The audible gives a comprehensive list of foods that are and aren't allowed, describing exactly why each one makes or misses the cut. The final part that investigates successful plans for sticking with your diet is also valuable. Pretty good

It deserves 5 stars.

This audible explains to me how to get prepared, and how to plan my meals. I don't like all of it (some is too detailed) but the audible is well written and lists are very helpful to show me how to get outcomes.
