Recommended!

By the guidance of this book I have lost weight, true that it is rapid. I also have intestinal problem which makes it harder for me to digest, now I am not having any trouble with that. Not only that I am losing weight, I am also getting healthier and it definitely boosted my self confidence. Thanks to this book! Highly recommended.

New Favorite Cook Book

A great book for beginners!

As a researcher for recipes, I begin to love paleo diet recipes and this book is one of the best recipe books that I have read. Hands On Experience

I loved most of the recipes (except those with coconut meat or flakes) and plan to make some form of them soon. Recipes are easy to follow with "normal" ingredients.

This author is amazing. The book has delicious recipes and is put together so well. It is easy to use and follow and very fast for a busy schedule.
Also, there's slow cooker recipes as well. It 's a great fit for everyone and the healthiest lifestyle.

Lose weight with delicious food

As most people do, I like to read and do research on things that I'm interested in, specially when it's health related. What I like about this book is that, it gives an introduction of what Paleo is, this way even novices like me know what we're getting into. I loved that the author made it fun and enjoyable. The tips provided are really practical so you'll be able to apply it. The recipes are simply divine and, surprisingly, easy to make.

I've always wanted to lose weight and I am looking for a way to eat healthier and feel better. Finally, I realized all benefits of gluten free paleo diet. The paleo diet is low carb, and eating too many carbs is primary reason many people are overweight.

This is very interesting

I was intrigued by a 30 day challenge so I decided to get this. I like how the book talked about the different types of Paleo diet, how to get ready for the diet, grocery list for losing 15 pounds, its effect of anti-aging, and paleo lifestyles. I find the challenge really easy to follow.

Easy to understand and implement.

I love the way the author discussed the actual concept of the diet, it is very convincing and factual as well. As a type two diabetic, I have been through different kinds of diet. But none as special as these because of the delicious meals that I can prepare everyday, all I have to do is follow the instructions. Thank you for these recipes, I can now enjoy eating and be healthy at the same time.

ready for challenge!

This book gives a list of three meals a day for thirty days. At the end of the book there is a thirty day schedule for exercises. The ingredients seem to be common items easily found in supermarkets. This will be a good book for all cooks but especially the health conscious.
